All programmes are based on extensive research into autograph manuscripts and original source materials due to errors contained in edited publications.

Programme 1
From the complete works of Chopin [212 piano solos] several popular recital programmes are available, all of which feature a widely contrasted selection of compositions and include rarely heard original variants.

Programme 2
A popular alternative to the recital programme: a pre-concert talk (10-15 minutes) precedes the concert programme. Varied selections of works are illustrated with comparative interpretations showing some of the wide disparities between Chopin’s autograph manuscripts, printed editions and performance practices.

Programme 3
Lecture recitals include several complete performances and feature a selection of compositions with numerous illustrated examples of stylistic approaches and comparative interpretations. Questions are welcomed and copies of Chopin’s autograph manuscripts are made available to the public. Lectures are not read from a written text.
